The Labour Party Caucus Leader, House of Representatives, Afam Ogene, has faulted the Central Bank of Nigeria over its indecisiveness in the validity of the old and new Naira notes. Ogene said this in a statement in Abuja on Friday, following clarification by the CBN that the latest Supreme Court pronouncement reversed its earlier ruling.
