England manager, Thomas Tuchel, believes that Harry Kane should win the 2026 Ballon d’Or.
Kane is in the running for the award, having been included in the final 30-man nominees’ shortlist.
The Bayern Munich striker will come up against notable contenders like Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid), Rodri (Barcelona), Lamine Yamal (Barcelona) and Lionel Messi (Inter Miami).
But Tuchel has argued that Kane’s numbers and achievements from last season makes him the best player.
He told ITV: “After this season, yeah.
“Seventy-plus goals, three titles with Bayern Munich, semi-finals at the World Cup and in the Champions League.
“He’s getting better and better. He added a level of physicality to his match.”
