Osahen Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the Minority Leader in Parliament, has dismissed the Government 39;s Mid-Year Budget Review as uninspiring, describing it as ldquo;full of English and empty payment. rdquo; Contributing to the debate on the Mid-Year Budget Review on the floor of Parliament, Osahen Afenyo-Markin said: ldquo;We 39;re not interested in your books; we 39;re interested in the economy of our pocket.
