Super Falcons head coach, Justine Madugu has said his team will make use of another opportunity to earn a place at the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup, DAILY POST reports.
The 10-time African champions failed to secure automatic qualification to the global fiesta following the 1-0 defeat against Cameroon in their 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final encounter.

Madugu declared that will they fight hard to beat Desire Ellis’ side.
“We have a second chance. We have this second opportunity. We are still going to do the best that we can. We’re not leaving anything out.
“We’re going to put in all our best to make sure that we put smiles on the faces of our people because we know what it means to all of us as Nigerians,” Madugu said during his interaction with the media.
