Renewed Hope Agenda Continuity Marshals, REHACMA, and Tinubu Torch Bearers, TTB, have described President Bola Tinubu as a youth-friendly leader, saying the impact can be seen in the policies and initiatives he has introduced to support young people.
Both political organisations said this while opening discussions on a strategic partnership to deepen grassroots sensitisation and mobilise youths, women and Nigerians generally in support of President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid.
During an official visit by TTB officials to the REHACMA office in Abuja, REHACMA Founder and National Coordinator, Osawemwenhio Uwagboe, reaffirmed the organisation’s readiness to work with sister organisations, individuals and groups that share its vision and commitment to advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Uwagboe also extolled the leadership qualities of the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Women Leader and Convener of TTB, Dr Mary Alile Idele, commending her doggedness, alertness and commitment to inclusive politics.
Uwagboe said: “REHACMA is always willing to partner with sister organisations and individuals who share our vision. We commend the leadership of Dr Mary Alile Idele for her doggedness and inclusive politics, while President Tinubu’s youth-focused policies deserve sustained sensitisation and wider public engagement.”
Meanwhile, Director of Administration, TTB, Olivia Lonngren, expressed the organisation’s readiness to collaborate with REHACMA, while commending its leadership, organisational drive and growing impact.
Lonngren expressed optimism that the proposed partnership would create a stronger platform for engaging youths, women and Nigerians generally through sensitisation programmes and grassroots activities.
Both organisations agreed to hold further consultations to finalise the modalities and framework for the proposed collaboration, including joint events, advocacy initiatives and other activities.
