A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Kenneth Imasuagbon, has said that President Bola Tinubu will lose the 2027 election.
Imasuagbon stated this on Friday during an interview on Channels Television's Politics Today, where he said Tinubu has failed on security and has no idea how to fix it.
He was reacting to the state of insecurity in the country and the performance of the Tinubu administration.
"Tinubu is going to lose this election. He is clueless about security," Imasuagbon said.
According to him, Nigerians are tired of excuses, stressing that people are being killed, kidnapped and displaced in different parts of the country, while the government keeps promising that things will get better.
The ADC chieftain added that a president who cannot protect lives and property has lost the moral right to ask for another term.
Imasuagbon said the 2027 election will not be about propaganda or money, adding that it will be about the daily reality of Nigerians who go to bed with fear and wake up with fear.
