2027: We’ll have dual transmission of election results — Peter Obi

The presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, says there will be dual transmission of election results in the 2027 polls.

Obi made this known on Thursday during an interview on Arise Television’s Morning Show.

He was speaking on the level of preparedness for next year’s general election.

“This time around, we will make sure every polling unit has a system that transmits to our own situation room the correct results.

“I want to make sure that the right things are done. There’s nothing difficult in having simple, free, transparent elections. It happens in Ghana, across here. It happens everywhere.

“So why would we always be involved in something that is negative?” he asked.
