‘All Nigerians are in IDP camps as long as you’re here’ — Peter Obi tells Plateau attack victims [VIDEO]

The Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has commiserated with Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, in Plateau State.

Addressing IDPs victims on Tuesday in Plateau State, Obi said as long as they remain there, the entire Nigeria is still in the IDPs camps.

According to him, it was time for the Nigerian government to pay attention and take decisive action to end the killings and attacks in Plateau State.

“We are here with a deep sense of pain. As long as you are in an IDP camp, Nigerians are still in IDP camps. You are not supposed to be here.

“Yes, we need prayers, but these problems can be solved by the government. The people carrying out these atrocities are not from the moon. The government should deal with them,” he said.

The former Anambra State governor also urged other presidential candidates to visit IDP camps across the country.
