ANBROAD President, Abdulganeey secures APC Assembly ticket in Ibadan

The National President of Association of Nigerian Broadcasters, ANBROAD, Abdulrazaq Abdulganeey, has won the All Progressives Congress, APC, primary election in Ibadan North constituency 1. 

The election was held in all the six wards that make up of the constituency on Wednesday. 

Our correspondent learnt that Abdulganeey emerged as the candidate of the party ahead of 2027 general elections. 

His emergence was confirmed through affirmation as the sole aspirant for the party. 

The broadcaster won affirmation votes in all the 6 wards during the APC primary election. 

A leader of the party in Ibadan North local government area, Omilabu Ghandi while speaking explained that the party deployed direct primary to pick the candidate. 

He thanked members of the party for their peaceful conduct during the exercise.
