“APC Trying To Sabotage Peter Obi’s Chances To Contest In 2027 Election” – Ibrahim Abdulkarim (VID)

Political analyst and commentator Ibrahim Abdulkarim has alleged that the ruling party deliberately fueled internal crises within political parties associated with Peter Obi in a bid to weaken his political influence ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

Speaking during a political discussion, Abdulkarim claimed that the growing instability and leadership disputes witnessed in parties connected to Obi were not ordinary political disagreements, but part of a calculated strategy designed to frustrate any possible coalition or platform that could support the former Anambra State governor’s presidential ambition.

According to him, the alleged interference was aimed at creating confusion, division, and legal battles capable of distracting opposition forces from building a strong front ahead of the next general election.

Abdulkarim further argued that Peter Obi’s popularity among Nigerian youths and urban voters has continued to unsettle the ruling establishment, making him a major figure to watch ahead of 2027. He noted that weakening opposition structures early could reduce the chances of a united challenge against the current administration.

The claims have since sparked reactions among political observers and supporters online, with many debating the state of opposition politics in Nigeria and the possible realignments expected before the next election cycle.
