Atiku celebrates Sultan of Sokoto at 70

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III, on his 70th birthday.

Atiku, in a message posted on his X handle on Monday, prayed for continued good health, strength and wisdom for the Sultan as he provides leadership and guidance to Muslims and Nigerians.

“On behalf of my family, I warmly felicitate with His Eminence, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III, the Sultan of Sokoto, on the occasion of his 70th birthday,” Atiku said.

He prayed that Almighty Allah would continue to bless the Sultan with “robust health, enduring strength and greater wisdom” in his service to the Muslim faithful and the nation.

“May Allah grant him many more years of distinguished service to humanity. Amin,” he added.
