Atiku urges Tinubu, governors to make life affordable for Nigerians

The Vice Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has called on the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration and sub-national governments to stop issuing condolences and instead make life affordable for Nigerians.

Atiku made this known in a statement on Wednesday.

According to him, the tragedies befalling Nigerians daily demand more than condolences.

“As Nigeria approaches Independence Day, this tragedy demands more than condolences. We must make life affordable again and treat every Nigerian life as precious,” he said.

Earlier, DAILY POST reported that Atiku had demanded a probe into the deaths of three people in the Niger stampede.
