Member of Parliament for Akuapem North, Sammi Awuku, has dismissed reports suggesting he was arrested by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) on Saturday, August 15. In a video shared on social media on Sunday, August 16, the MP was seen in Kumasi alongside NDC sympathiser Appiah Stadium mdash; a public appearance he says makes the rumour impossible.
