About six Paris Saint-Germain players, including Achraf Hakimi, will miss Monday's Ballon d'Or ceremony in London.
According to Foot Mercato, this is due to the postponement of PSG's Ligue 1 clash against Lyon to Monday, October 26.
Several PSG players nominated for the Ballon d'Or are likely to be forced to skip the ceremony in London.
Hakimi, Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Willian Pacho, Ferran Torres and João Neves are among those affected.
As for Ousmane Dembele, who is currently injured and ruled out of the Lyon match, is still expected to be present to defend his title.
Dembele won the Ballon d'Or last year ahead of Barcelona's Lamine Yamal.
Meanwhile, a similar situation happened to PSG last year where some of their players nominated for the Ballon d'Or missed the ceremony due to a domestic league match.
