Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has opened up on his final words to Lamine Yamal before leaving Barcelona.
The England international revealed that he told Yamal he ranks above every talented player he has played with.
Rashford, back at Old Trafford after a season in which he won LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup, also said he was in contact with Yamal around the recent Ballon d’Or awards.
“I talked to Lamine, not after the awards but before. And before I left Barcelona," Rashford said via Manchester Evening News.
"I told him I have played with some talented, talented players, but he’s above them all.”
This is coming ahead of Man United's Premier League clash with Aston Villa this weekend.
