Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates, Sultex and Goddessa, have been evicted from the “Show Ya Sef” house after five weeks in the reality television competition.
Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced their eviction during the live show on Sunday, as the remaining contestants continued their battle for the ₦160 million grand prize.
Sultex polled 4.77 per cent of the votes, while Goddessa received 5.02 per cent. Bells, who also faced eviction, recorded 5.22 per cent.
The exits followed a dramatic week marked by a new nomination format, heated confrontations, relationship tensions and disciplinary actions from Big Brother.
Sultex, whose real name is Sultan Aregbe-Obanikoro, was among the original housemates who entered the competition on July 26.
The Lagos-based dancer, choreographer, casting director, and filmmaker became known for his energetic personality and dancing skills.
He also emerged as the Most Influential Player of the Week in Week Three, earning immunity from the following eviction and a tablet as part of the reward.
However, his final days in the house were dominated by a confrontation with Bells and Yusuf.
The disagreement began during a conversation between Bells and Sultex before Yusuf intervened. The exchange escalated into a heated argument in the garden and nearly became physical.
Sultex questioned Yusuf’s intervention and his closeness to Bells, while Yusuf refused to back down.
Following the incident, Big Brother described Sultex’s threatening remarks as extremely dangerous and placed him on behavioural probation with a final warning.
He was evicted less than 24 hours after the confrontation.
Goddessa, whose real name is Lovette Okechukwu Amaka, also ended her five-week stay on Sunday.
The musician from Arochukwu, Abia State, entered the house hoping to showcase her personality and advance her music career.
She became involved in several relationships and disagreements during her stay, particularly her strained relationship with Araga.
The pair had another disagreement after the Saturday Night Link-Up, with Goddessa initially refusing to engage with Araga despite his attempts to apologise. Temi Nkem later intervened.
Goddessa was also involved in discussions following the Sultex-Bells-Yusuf clash, advising Yusuf not to allow the incident to damage his reputation.
Week Five, tagged “Topsy-Turvy Week”, featured a major change to the nomination process. Housemates were asked to publicly name contestants they wanted to save rather than directly nominate others for eviction.
Goddessa, Sheba and Aikou received the most save votes, but Chimsom Chuka, the Head of House, used his veto to save Sheba, leaving Goddessa vulnerable to the public vote.
The 14 housemates up for eviction were Araga, Barry, Bells, Bluethopia, Gerard, Goddessa, Keivo, Nomy, Oyin, Ricky, Sultex, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf.
With Sultex and Goddessa gone, the remaining housemates continue their pursuit of the ₦160 million grand prize.
