Beauty In The Motherland 2026 is set to return to Lagos from October 5 to 7, 2026, bringing together the biggest names in Africa’s beauty industry for three days of exhibitions, business, and inspiration.
The event that will take place at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites,Victoria Island, Lagos, positions itself as Africa’s leading beauty exhibition, a platform created to celebrate the continent’s rich beauty, natural and creative resources while expanding market access for African brands.
Driven by a clear vision to structure, scale, and globalize the African beauty industry, BITML has set an ambitious Vision 2030 goal: to help the industry attain a $100 billion valuation. The goal is to position Africa not just as a consumer market, but as a global hub for beauty innovation, manufacturing, talent, and investment.
The platform was founded by Beatrice Eneh, a global entrepreneur and African beauty market strategist and Linda Edozien, founder and MD/CEO of Barazahi Spa in Lagos, whose decades of corporate experience is topnotch. Together, their mission is to make African beauty businesses more visible, structured, investment-ready, and globally competitive. The 2026 edition is produced in partnership with Fidelity Bank, Unilever, and the Enterprise Development Centre ,EDC.
According to the organizers, the event will feature more than 300 leading brands, over 400 exhibitors, 10,000 beauty professionals, 60 speakers, 20 partners, and attendees from other countries. Attendees will discover new products, meet brands, build partnerships, and engage with industry leaders shaping the future of beauty on the continent.
