Rafiu Durosinmi has thanked his Genk teammates for contributing immensely to his impressive start to life at the club.
The Nigeria international, who moved to Genk from Italian club Pisa this summer has been one of the standout performers in the Belgian Pro League this season.
Durosinmi was on target in the Smurfs 3-0 victory over Kortrijk on Saturday.
The 23-year-old has already scored six goals in eight league appearances for Genk this season.
Durosinmi said putting on the Genk shirt has also given him an extra motivation.
“I’m happy to be able to put on the shirt with the Golden Bull. It gives extra motivation to be able to continue wearing this sweater,” Durosinmi was quoted by HBVL.
“With the help of my teammates, I manage to score smoothly. I hope we can continue on this lane.”
