Commonwealth expresses solidarity with South Africa after deadly floods

The Commonwealth of Nations has expressed solidarity with South Africa following deadly floods and storms that have claimed lives and displaced communities across several provinces. At least 10 people have been confirmed dead, with homes destroyed after torrential rains triggered flooding across six provinces, including the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Northern Cape, North West and Mpumalanga.
