The Human Rights Division of the High Court has awarded Ghanaian chess player and Chess in Schools instructor Miracle Morris Stephen GH cent;25,000 after ruling that his suspension by the Ghana Chess Association (GCA) and the subsequent publication of the disciplinary action violated his rights.
