Court quashes ORC’s attempt to wound up, liquidate Zeepay

The Commercial Division of an Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Samuel Faraday Johnson has thrown out its own earlier orders to the Office of Registrar General (ORC) to wound up Zeepay Ghana Limited for lack of jurisdiction.
