El-Rufai paying for what he did – Buba Galadima

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

A chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Buba Galadima, has said former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, is “paying for what he has done to other people” during his time in power.

Speaking on the detention of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on Symfoni TV, Galadima said the former governor was facing consequences for some of his past actions against others.

“El-Rufai himself is paying for what he has done to other people, I believe so. But that does not mean that the issue that led to his detention is politically motivated. Why did they arrest him?” he asked.

Galadima also alleged that the All Progressives Congress, APC, in its desperation to retain power, could “do anything under the sun” because its members know what they stand to face if they lose power.

“The desperation with which the APC is going, they can do anything under the sun to come back to power, because they know what it entails if they lose power; what they have done to people will visit them.”
