EPL: Arsenal to make history after West Ham United clash

Daily Post 5 days 1 mins read

Arsenal will on Sunday make history after their Premier League clash with West Ham United.

The Gunners will face the Hammers in an away Premier League tie at the London Stadium on Sunday evening.

However, according to OptaJoe, the Premier League North London club will become the first team from Europe’s top five leagues to reach 60 matches in all competitions this season after the West Ham match.

Arsenal head to the game after eliminating Atletico Madrid from the UEFA Champions League semi-final stage played in mid-week.

Mikel Arteta’s side will take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final later this month.

They currently top the Premier League table with five points ahead of Manchester City, who still have a game in hand.
