EPL: Brilliant – Roy Keane gives verdict on Haaland’s controversial goal against Man Utd

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Manchester United legend Roy Keane has given his verdict on Erling Haaland’s controversial goal for Manchester City against the Red Devils during Sunday’s Premier League derby.

Man City defeated Man United 1-0 at Old Trafford, thanks to Haaland’s second-half goal.

The Cityzens were reduced to 10 men in the first half as Phil Foden was sent off during the encounter.

“It was a brilliant finish from Haaland, obviously, there is controversy surrounding it, but it’s come at him very quickly,” Keane said in the Sky Sports studio.

“He’s dealt with it and put it in the net, absolutely brilliant finish.”

The defeat to Man City leaves Man United in 13th position on the Premier League table with four points from four matches.
