United States men’s national team head coach, Mauricio Pochettino, has named Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta as the best coach in the Premier League at the moment.
Pochettino, who previously coached Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, also named Arsenal as the most consistent team in the Premier League.
“Arsenal are the most consistent team, and for me Mikel [Arteta] is the best coach in the Premier League today,” Pochettino told Sky Sports.
“Knowing what he needs to do, it’s going to be tough to beat them.”
Arteta guided Arsenal to win the Premier League last season ahead of Manchester City.
Arteta’s side also reached the Champions League final, where they lost against Paris Saint-Germain.
