After the three previous rounds, Manchester City sit top of the table, ahead of Arsenal on goals scored.
City travel to Manchester United on Sunday, looking to maintain their perfect start to the campaign.
Arsenal are away to Sunderland, Chelsea host Hull City who are yet to concede a single goal.
Shearer told BetFair: “Chelsea vs Hull. Prediction – Chelsea win.
“Liverpool vs Fulham. Prediction – Liverpool win.
“Tottenham vs Everton. Prediction – Draw.
“Sunderland vs Arsenal. Prediction – Arsenal win.
“Manchester United vs Manchester City. Prediction – Draw.”
