EPL: Shearer predicts Man Utd vs Tottenham clash

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Newcastle United legend, Alan Shearer has given his prediction for this weekend’s Premier League clash between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

The two teams return from the international break needing to get their season up and running.

United go into the match sitting in 12th place with five points from their opening five fixtures.

Spurs are yet to win a single game this season and are rock bottom on the table.

Shearer believes that both sides will settle for a point at Old Trafford on Saturday.

He said: “I think it’ll probably be a score draw.

“I think it could be 1-1 or 2-2, which I guess is a better result for the away team than it is for the home team.”
