Former Super Eagles striker, Obafemi Martins, has expressed confidence in Seyi Tinubu’s leadership potential, suggesting that the Nigerian businessman could one day become president of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.

Martins made the remarks while speaking on the Mikel Obi podcast, where he described Seyi as young and someone who understands what Nigerians want.

According to Martins, although Seyi is not currently the president of the NFF, he believes the businessman is already making efforts that could position him for a leadership role in Nigerian football.

“I think Seyi Tinubu can be the president of NFF. He’s young and understands what Nigerians want. He’s not the president yet, but he’s making efforts,” Martins said.

The former Inter Milan forward’s comments come amid ongoing discussions about leadership and the future direction of Nigerian football.
