FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup: One semi-final fixture confirmed

One semi-final fixture at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup tournament in Poland has been confirmed.

This follows the conclusion of Saturday’s quarter-final fixtures.

Italy will face Spain in the semi-final stage after they defeated South Korea 3-1 in the last-8.

Spain had defeated Brazil 1-0 in the last-8 encounter, also played on Saturday.

The remaining semi-final fixture will be confirmed later today after the conclusion of the quarter-final fixtures.

DAILY POST reports that Nigeria will take on Colombia, while Canada will clash with North Korea today.

The semi-final will begin on Wednesday, and the first match will be between Italy and Spain in the afternoon.
