FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup: Two quarter-final fixtures confirmed

At least two quarter-final fixtures at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup tournament in Poland have been confirmed.

This follows the conclusion of Wednesday’s Round of 16 fixtures.

South Korea will face Italy in the quarter-final stage after they defeated Argentina 1-0 in the last-16.

Italy had defeated China on a penalty shoot-out after they played 1-1.

Also, Spain will face Brazil in the quarter-final after they defeated Portugal 2-0 in the Round of 16.

Brazil had defeated the United States in the Round of 16.

The quarter-final will begin on Saturday, and the first match will be between Italy and South Korea in the afternoon.

Brazil and Spain will clash on Saturday evening after the Italy versus South Korea game.
