[ENA] Addis Ababa -- Implementation of the recent proclamation on Foreign Nationals' Ownership Right of Residential House would contribute toward stimulating the development of cities and encouraging real estate development across cities in Ethiopia, Urban and Infrastructure Development Minister Chaltu Sani said.
