Covenant University, the University of Ibadan and the University of Lagos have emerged as Nigeria’s highest-ranked universities in the 2027 Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
The rankings were published on the Times Higher Education website on Wednesday.
The publication shows that the three Nigerian universities were among the top 801–1000 universities globally.
Osun State University, the University of Maiduguri, Kwara State University, Olabisi Onabanjo University and Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, were newly ranked, according to the publication.
