Ghana Standards Authority to enforce new guidelines on importation of 'Used Vehicles' from October 1

If you are considering importing a used vehicle into Ghana, take note that, beginning October 1, 2026, the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) will begin strict enforcement of guidelines on the importation of such vehicles, in line with the vehicle homologation and assessment programme.
