Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has graduated with a First Class honours degree in Law.
The actor stated this in a post shared on his Instagram page on Friday, after completing his Bachelor of Laws degree at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana.

Reflecting on the milestone, Vicker described the First Class distinction as evidence of academic excellence, discipline, a strong work ethic, and sound analytical and critical thinking skills.
According to him, the feat also comes with prestige, recognition and opportunities.
He wrote, “A First Class Honours in LLB doesn’t automatically make me a better lawyer, but what it does mean is: Academic Excellence, Strong Discipline & Work Ethic, Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills, Prestige & Recognition, and Opportunities.”
The actor, however, stressed that success in legal practice requires more than outstanding academic performance.
He noted that advocacy skills, emotional intelligence, practical courtroom or advisory experience, integrity and continuous learning are equally important.
“Success in the profession depends on advocacy skills, emotional intelligence, and practical courtroom or advisory experience, character and integrity, and continuous learning,” he said.
Vicker added that while a First Class degree provides a solid foundation, becoming an accomplished lawyer requires consistent practice, mentorship and good character.
“First Class Honours is proof of academic mastery, not professional mastery. It’s a strong foundation, but becoming a great lawyer requires practice, mentorship, and character,” he added.
