The Government is set to expand coverage of the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) Programme from 350,000 to 450,000 households under the proposed BIG LEAP initiative. She said the expansion formed part of measures to strengthen social protection and provide greater support to poor, vulnerable and excluded households.
