Gov’t to develop policy for Ghanaian sign language in education

The Government has announced plans to develop a sustainable policy for the development and use of Ghanaian Sign Language (GSL) in the country 39;s education system. Mr Haruna Iddrisu, the Minister of Education, said the Ministry would collaborate with stakeholders to formally recognise and institutionalise the GSL.
