Lere Olayinka, spokesman for the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, on Friday clashed with ARISE Television anchor, Rufai Oseni, during a live programme.
Olayinka, who appeared on The Morning Show on Friday, refused to answer questions from Oseni, saying he preferred to engage in a discussion with “reasonable human beings.”
The clash appeared to stem from Olayinka’s objection to Oseni’s alleged description of some people as “emudani.”
Oseni had earlier asked Olayinka to explain the inclusion of former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu, in the presidential campaign council despite corruption allegations against her.
However, Olayinka declined to answer any questions from Rufai Oseni.
“Well, I’m very sorry to say this, Oseni Rufai, I don’t want to answer any question from you. I want to concentrate.
“I want this conversation to be among reasonable human beings, people who will not come and tell, who will not come and describe other people as ‘emudani’”, Olayinka said.
