Presidential aspirant under National Democratic Congress (NDC) Peter Obi has said that if he gets the opportunity to become Nigeria’s president, his focus will be on making the tough decisions needed to fix the country rather than trying to make everyone happy.
According to him, true leadership is about taking responsibility and putting the interests of the people first. He said his administration would prioritise job creation, better livelihoods and meaningful economic development.
Obi also assured Nigerians that he would take charge and pursue the necessary reforms to transform the country.
“If I become President tomorrow, some people may not be happy with me. But leadership is not about pleasing everyone. It is about making the difficult decisions needed to fix the country.
