INEC releases final names of Rivers governorship candidates [FULL LIST]

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has released the final list of governorship candidates for Rivers State.

This is contained in a document released by the commission on Saturday ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The electoral body named Chinda Kingsley Ogundu as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

It also listed Dumo Lulu-Briggs as the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, candidate as well as Gabriel Pidomson Baritulem as the candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

Gabriel Pidomson Baritulem — African Democratic Congress (ADC)

Lawson Anyanate Angel — Action Democratic Party (ADP)

Idoniboye-Obu Omangima — All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA)

Whyte Churchill Dagogo — Action Peoples Movement (APM)
