it was found guilty of more than 100 breaches of Premier League financial rules.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Italian said at his first press conference since the announcement last week: “I completely trust the club”.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An independent commission said that City had arranged “sham” contracts with a number of their commercial partners to artificially inflate revenues and reduce costs over a nine-season period, between 2009 and 2018.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 10-time English champions, who continue to deny any wrongdoing, are appealing against the judgement.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maresca, who replaced Pep Guardiola as head coach I know how serious they are.
