Gombe State Independent Electoral Commission has announced the All Progressives Congress (APC) winner of all 24 chairmanship seats and 240 councillorship positions in the just concluded local government elections.
Six political parties—the APC, Youth Party (YP), National Rescue Movement (NRM), Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), African Action Congress (AAC), and Democratic Liberation Alliance (DLA)—fielded candidates for the chairmanship elections.
