England are through to the World Cup last 16 after a brace from Harry Kane ensured the Three Lions surged past a stubborn DR Congo side.
The Leopards had taken an early lead just seven minutes into the game, but Kane stepped up when it mattered, scoring twice in under 15 minutes to shatter DR Congo’s hearts and prevent one of the biggest upsets at the World Cup.
