Kano man arrested for allegedly inviting bandits for attack

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Vigilantes under the command of Sadiq Mu’azu, the Tsaure area commander in Shanono Local Government Area of Kano State, have reportedly arrested a man identified as Sulaiman Fulani.

Security expert Bakatsine disclosed this in a post on X.

According to him, the arrest took place in Toronya community, where local sources alleged that Fulani was inviting bandits into the area to carry out attacks.

He said: “Local sources said he was allegedly inviting bandits into the area to carry out attacks. The arrest again raises a difficult question: How do communities ever find peace when some people from within are accused of opening the door for those who terrorise them?”

The allegation has not been independently verified.
