King Oyanka petitions Attorney-General, General Legal Council over alleged abuse of court service process

The Chief of Oblieman (Dodoo Near Opah) and Chairman of the Abola Piam Royal Council, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka, has petitioned the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice and the General Legal Council over what he describes as the unlawful execution of a substituted service order, intimidation by armed men and the desecration of the Oblieman Palace.
