Laide Bakare cries out over alleged maltreatment of her children with ex-husband [VIDEO]

Daily Post about 2 hours 2 mins read

Nollywood actress, Laide Bakare has cried out over the safety of her children with ex-husband, Mutairu Atanda Orilowo.

DAILY POST reports that Laide Bakare got married to Mutairu Atanda Orilowo, her second husband in 2013 and had two sons with him after divorce from her first husband, Olumide Kunfulire in 2012.

However, speaking in an Instagram video on her page, the actress accused Orilowo’s wife of maltreating her children who are in his custody.

Sometimes you don’t take your problems to social media or to the public. That’s what people say but at a point when it gets scary and threatening, sometimes you never can tell if you can get help.

Captioning the video, she wrote, “this is a difficult call. However, at this point every necessary step needs to be taken. And valuable intercession sought. All I want is my children’s safety.

“My baby father has refused the children to be with me. This is a sad reality for me because my boys are not with me.

“My worries are my kids being with another woman that is not treating them well. As God will have it, I was recently on the phone with my children and there was an argument in the house of the baby father with his wife and some of his children and mine. And I heard the wife telling one of the boys in the house to strangle my children’s necks instead of beating them where the scars would be seen by their father.”

While accusing Orilowo of taking her sons away from her to get back at her, she urged the public to assist her in seeking the custody of her children. She claimed she had recorded Orilowo’s wife’s voice while she was maltreating them.
