Barcelona have suffered a major injury blow ahead of their El Clásico with Real Madrid in the LaLiga this weekend.
The Blaugrana in a post on their website confirmed that midfielder Dani Olmo has sustained a left adductor injury following a collision with a Paris Saint-Germain player during their Champions League 4-2 defeat against the French Ligue 1 giants in Paris on Tuesday.
As a result, the Spain international will now miss Barcelona's clash with Real Madrid at Camp Nou on Sunday.
Olmo is expected to be back in action for Barcelona in a month's time when he recovers from the injury.
Barcelona currently sit at the top of the LaLiga table with 27 points. They are five points ahead of second position Atletico Madrid and six points ahead of third place Real Madrid.
