Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, is ready to drop Vinicius Junior from his starting XI after the international break.
Marca reports that Mourinho is running out of patience with the Brazilian winger.
Vinicius Jr. was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in the summer but ended up agreeing to a new contract with the LaLiga giants.
However, the 26-year-old has not started the new season well, scoring only one goal in eight games.
Last weekend, against Atletico Madrid, Mourinho took Vinicius Jr. off in the 54th minute of their 2-1 defeat.
This was the fourth consecutive match in which Vinicius was substituted, following similar situations against Inter Milan, Rayo Vallecano and Elche.
With Real Madrid already five points behind Barcelona in the LaLiga title race and Mourinho demanding more, Vinicius Jr. now faces a fight to regain his place in the starting lineup.
