LASU best graduating student, Oluolamide, wins N10m prize

EPE, LAGOS — The overall best graduating student of Lagos State University (LASU) for the 2025/2026 academic session, Adebanjo Samuel Oluolamide, has received a N10 million cash prize from the Sunbeth Excellence Partnership Programme (SEPP).

Oluolamide, of the Department of Aerospace Engineering, graduated with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.97, earning First-Class Honours, at the 29th and 30th combined convocation of the university held on Monday at the Olatunji Bello Auditorium, Epe Campus.

The N10 million prize was presented to him by SEPP in recognition of his outstanding academic performance.

The award is part of the programme’s efforts, in partnership with corporate organisations, to recognise academic excellence and encourage innovation among students of the university.
