MFWA begins 5-day training for journalists from northern sector on media law and journalists' rights

The Media Foundation for West Africa, MFWA, has begun a five-day workshop for 60 media practitioners selected from the northern sector of the country. The workshop, which began on Monday, September 21, 2026, brought together media managers, reporters and editors to deepen their understanding of media law, journalists 39; rights and available redress mechanisms.
