Mob lynches two suspected armed robbers to death in Warri

An angry mob have lynched two suspected armed robbers to death while one other escaped from around Giwa-Amu junction, along Airport road in Warri, Delta State.

It was learnt that the deceased suspects who operated in a commercial tricycle had allegedly robbed and attacked a passenger and stolen his iPhone 15 mobile phone but as they tried to move, the victim raised an alarm which attracted passers-by, who gave them a hot chase and apprehended two of them.

The two suspects were beaten to stupor before they were set ablaze. They also burnt down the tricycle along the road.
